Now that I'm hooked up with Dish TV, I can watch TV again. Last night I watched Kentucky drill South Carolina by 20 points. I got to see the finale for 30 Rock, and I'll be able to see the finale of The Office - of my favorite show, but I haven't watched either one for a year or two.
I've seen two movies that I had wanted to see, but couldn't. The Iron Lady was a movie about Margaret Thatcher. I have trouble following the plot of movies anyway. So, what is with all the flash backs and flash forwards. My head was spinning. Some director wants to get an Oscar, so he has to do fancy still like that. Couldn't you just cool your jets and tell the story?
Speaking of Oscars - The Three Stooges Movie. Great Movie. Don't go into it with super high expectations. If you do, its possible you'll be in for a bit of a let down. Also, you need some appreciation for their style of humor to begin with. If eye gouging and hitting people with hammers is amusing to you, this is your film. All I can figure is that it missed the cut-off for Oscar nominations. If so, hello Oscar 2014. Best line of the movie - "I don't know, but her face rings a bell." Check it out.
