First of all, why do 99% of them never hauling anything. Do a count when you are on the road. How many actually have something in the back. If you hardly ever haul anything, seems like it would be more cost effective to rent one of the U haul pickups that say they cost $19.95 a day. I did that once. Spoiler alert - when I turned it in at the end of the day, after they got done adding in all their fees, their cost was over $50. It was still worth it for me. Kind of sleazy on their part, but worth it anyway.
Why are pickup drivers on the fast, aggressive side when they drive? Do aggressive, me first people more likely to drive pickups. Does sitting up high in a pickup and literally looking down on the other cars on the road do something to them? Does having all that power in the engine and not hauling anything in the back cause them to go too fast?
When I look in my rearview mirror at a pickup behind me, why do they drive by resting their wrists on the top of the steering wheel?
Questions I ponder.
