Super Bowl Thoughts

 The Super Bowl is tomorrow, so I thought I would share my thoughts.

• My prediction KC-27, SF-17.
• Patrick Mahomes is having a great set of playoff games. Disappointing, as he was kind of mediocre during the season as the quarterback on my fantasy team.
• I'm still rooting for the best possible Super Bowl match up next year - Minnesota vs Buffalo. Both have been to four Super Bowls and neither has ever won.
• I've never watched a Super Bowl halftime show.
• I've spent no time these past two weeks listening to "experts" on TV and radio analyzing the game.
• While I'm being curmudgeonly - I hate that they lengthened the season, let mediocre teams into the playoffs, are starting to stream games, and have a two week break since the last playoff game. All to make more money.
• Speaking of money, I just checked - tickets still available for as little as $5,000. (First Super Bowl - $6 to $12.)
  
• I like the commercials, but they seem a little overrated. To me, they don't ever seem as great as everyone says.
• Advice: don't root for either team. I found it's a lot more enjoyable that way. Just watch the game. The losers will be crushed. The winners won't be all that happy because, "We're still not respected. We need to go out and win it again next year." Everyone ends up disappointed.
