Numero Uno!!!

Well my boys came through on Sunday and won our fantasy league. All the games were being played at the same time, which usually doesn't happen. I usually spend about 5 minutes a day setting up my teams line up, but Sunday I had to stay in front of my computer the whole time tracking stats. Every time you set your line up, there is the chance that they don't play in real life, so you don't get any of their stats on your fantasy team. One of my big mistakes is that the guy ahead in the real-life batting championship was sitting out the last week to preserve his lead. That's a little cheesy in real life and hurt Team Libby. He was one for six his final week.

My best move was adding in Yadier Molina at catcher. He hit well over .400 the last couple weeks. My pitchers, who at times go belly up, were consistently good that final week.

Anyway, the celebrations are ongoing. Yesterday was team picture day. Every couple of years I get the complete set of mlb baseball cards. I select out the cards that are my guys. That way I could keep an I on them and make sure they were making curfew. Tonight is our end of season team meal at Subway. We'll be handing out final team awards.
