Anyway, I think some of it must have rubbed off because, while I'm still not really into art, I like seeing famous paintings. The Chicago Museum of Art has a bunch of them. Its a huge building and I spent several hours just walking around, doing my best to appear cultured. It also kept me off of the scary and freezing cold streets of Chicago. So, I included some of them. Most of them are well-known enough that they've been parodied a lot. Maybe in another blog I'll put some of those up against the originals.

Chicago Museum of Art
I don't know a lot about art. I did have an Art Appreciation in college. The main thing I remember about that class is that it was incredibly easy. That was my second easiest class in college. My easiest class was Music Appreciation. What I mostly learned to appreciate from those classes is being able to sit in class and look at slides of paintings and listen to music and get an A for it. Every other class in college I remember being incredibly hard, but those two were great.

I am so envious, Mr. Libby! I dream of seeing these wonderous works of art myself someday! =)
Kim. I am finally replying to you. I am so sorry. I never check these. I'll try to do better. Anyway, yes, you're right. The art museum is huge and amazing. You could probably spend days there. Yesterday was our last day of school. Hurray!!! Its really weird to be done this soon. We're flying back to KF next week and then coming back again in about a month and a half.
