Here are a couple of pictures of the game we went to last week. They were taken with a telephoto. That was necessary since our seats were somewhere in the ozone layer. Why do people hate LeBron James. 1.) Yes, he might be a little bit pompous. At times I'm a little bit pompous and I haven't accomplished anything. I once made 17 consecutive free throws shooting at my basketball hoop in my driveway. I still tell people about that. If I could play like LeBron, I would probably be the biggest jerk in the world. Considering how good LeBron is, he really seems pretty humble. 2.) Right now, the criticism is that at the end of a game he often passes to an open teammate instead of shooting himself. That is such a lame criticism, I am not even commenting. 3.) He left Cleveland for Miami. No offense Cleveland, but who wouldn't want to do that? LeBron probably made up a pros and cons column for where to play. The only pro I can think of for Cleveland - far fewer hurricanes. Miami wins every other category I can think of. I hate front runners, but I'll admit it, I'm a LeBron fan now.
OK, the other picture. I really don't have much to say except it is an optical illusion, but Dwayne Wade look like he jumps about ten feet in the air in that picture. Its like he plays with a jet pack and can just fly around whenever he wants. Impressive.
