Well this is sad. I've thought of even more mistakes. When will this end? But this is kind of a public service - things not to do.
First of all, they should take pains to make sure that Desitin does not look like toothpaste. Put it in a completely different container perhaps.
They should not be made to look the similar in any way. The stakes are just too high. Anyway, try brushing your teeth with Desitin for just a moment. It won't take long. You won't make that mistake again. That was years ago and I can still taste it. It lingers. Maybe some kind of warning along the side of it kind of like cigarettes have.
Here is a second one. Very similar. However, this one didn't actually happen. It almost did, but I didn't. You know those plastic things in desks that have compartments? You can put in paper clips, pencils, etc. I love organizing things, so they are great. One time I noticed two objects in a compartment. One was lip balm and one was crazy glue. Again, similar looking. Same shape, similar colors.
Come on people. We have to do better than that. There is a lot at stake here.
