Garry Shandling's Show

I feel like I want to say a little about Garry Shandling. He passed away last week. He was a comedian. I watched him on the Tonight Show a few times. He had a show called Larry Sanders that I don't think I ever watched.

But It's Garry Shandling Show is one of my favorite shows of all-time. I would say its in my top five. He was hilarious and would make fun of himself and the show while it was going on. He would talk to the audience. It was on Showtime I guess, but then got rerun on some other cable station. That is where I watched it. Then I bought the box set I think containing 5 seasons and watched them all again. One of the best lines ever came when he kept having birds fly into his front window. Finally he says, "I really need to put the bird feeder outside the house." Sad and hilarious at the same time.

And his theme song was awesome.

This is the Garry Shandling Show.
It's Garry Shandling's Show.
Garry called me up and asked if I would write his theme song.
I'm nearly halfway finished.
How do you like it so far.
