Introverts vs Extroverts

I'm thinking of this because of my new adoration of Fred Armisen. I was told in real life he is a major introvert and doesn't have a whole lot of people skills. That is just fine. It's obviously not a drawback because he is super talented and hilarious. I've included another picture of Fred because I felt like it. How do you not love this guy. I know, not possible.

In fact, introverts are generally are better than extroverts. There. I said it. Introverts get stuff done. Extroverts are busy talking about God knows what. They just like to talk. At least they like to hear themselves talk. You ever see a group of extroverts getting together? Its a veritable talk fest with people halfway listening, but mostly just thinking about what they're going to say next. I would even go so far as to say that introverts rule and extroverts drool. Ever see introverts get together? No. because their busy - studying, trying to find a cure for cancer, generally solving society's ills. If they do get together because they're forced to, aside from looking at their shoes, they're still thinking about important stuff. There's no need to tell each other about it.

I think I'm just naturally an introvert because I was born that way. I can't remember a time I would classify myself as an extrovert or wanting to be one. I had major problems with my speech growing up. They almost made me wait and extra year before going into first grade. I also remember in junior high a kid making fun of how I talked every chance he got. I got to where I assumed that he openly made fun of me, but that everyone else was thinking the same thing. It was safer just not to say anything. I would hate to think that a jerk had that kind of power to actually change someone's personality. So I'm hoping the introversion comes naturally. By the way, here is another picture of Fred.
