Elton John Tickets
I bought two tickets to Elton in Nashville on April 5th. I always think any E.J. concert I go to will probably be my last. Nope, they just keep coming. I couldn't resist this one. Usually concerts have a few cheap tickets that disappear right away, leaving just the expensive stuff. I got two tickets, with tax, for $74. I ask you, how could I pass that up? For those of you scoring at home, this will be number 7 for me. Yes, I already pretty much know what he'll do. He'll come out to Funeral for a Friend/Loves Lies Bleeding; he'll do a 10 minute version of Rocket Man; the concert will go roughly 2 hours 45 minutes. So there isn't much suspense, but it'll still be fun. His final song is always a mystery for me. Its often Your Song, but it has also been Crocodile Rock, Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me, and Circle of Life. I know you're as anxious as I am to find out what it'll be. Don't worry, I'll be blogging it up after the concert.
